All charter rates listed are exclusive of local VAT and applicable taxes, which are charged according to the cruising area and the applicable legislation. Tax exemptions may apply depending on the charter itinerary and operational details. For daily charters, fuel costs are charged separately. For charters of more than two (2) days, an Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) of approximately 35%–40% of the charter fee is required. The APA is a prepayment used to cover variable expenses during the charter, including fuel consumption, food and beverages, marina and docking fees, and other operational costs. Any unused balance is refunded to the client at the end of the charter. Gratuities are not included in the charter fee and are left entirely to the client’s discretion.
